From the Department of Veterans Affairs to the Department of Education, government leaders, along with the support of the White House, recently detailed plans to provide programs to service members and create specific veteran family support programs over the coming year.
In fact, the Department of Veterans Affairs joined the White House and federal agencies in support of these new initiatives, with VA officials stepping forward to also voice their approval of these military family-focused efforts. The veteran family support program includes plans to introduce several new programs and cooperative efforts, with the intention to benefit and honor veterans and their families. It is so good to see the promise of more help to military families and veterans. I work with homeless veterans, many of whom have experienced family breakups (due at least in part to financial strains) after returning home from tours of duty.

AAU offers online college courses for associate degree online and bachelor's degree online in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Criminal Justice and General Studies.
